About SportJetting

SportJetting is a licensed Canadian travel agency. We research, assemble, and sell sports travel packages that bundle event tickets, hotel accommodation, and travel (flights or a drive plan).

This website presents indicative package pricing. All prices shown are "from" estimates in Canadian dollars that include estimated taxes and fees, and are confirmed with you by a travel expert before any booking is made or payment is taken.

Quotes, bookings and payment

Submitting a lead form or holding a spot is free and creates no obligation. Holding a spot indicates interest at the displayed rate; it is not a booking and no payment method is required.

A booking exists only after you review and approve a final itinerary and price, and provide payment. Until then, supplier prices may change; we re-check prices regularly but cannot guarantee a price until it is booked and confirmed to you.

Tickets sourced for packages are authentic and guaranteed side-by-side in the chosen seating tier unless explicitly stated otherwise in your quote.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

If a league reschedules or cancels an event, your package transfers to the new event date, or you receive a refund of amounts paid in accordance with the supplier terms that apply to your specific booking and Canadian consumer protection rules that govern your booking.

Cancellation terms for customer-initiated changes depend on how close to the event the change is made and on the cancellation terms of the underlying suppliers (tickets, hotel, flights). Your quote spells out the terms that apply before you commit.

Responsibilities

We act as an intermediary between you and event venues, teams, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers. Each supplier has its own terms which form part of your booking.

You are responsible for providing accurate traveller information, for meeting any venue entry requirements, and for complying with venue and airline policies.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportJetting's liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for the affected package. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
