What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, number of travellers, and any customization requests you add.

We also collect standard technical data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) and, where advertising cookies are permitted, interaction data used to measure our marketing.

How we use it

We use your contact details for one purpose: to prepare and send you a package quote and to communicate with you about that trip.

We use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our packages and website.

Marketing consent (CASL)

We only contact you about the trip you asked about. Every message identifies us and includes a way to opt out. We do not send unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary with the suppliers involved in your potential booking (e.g., a hotel or airline) and with service providers that operate our infrastructure (e.g., email delivery), under their own confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by Canadian law.

Retention and your rights

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through our contact channels.

Cookies and advertising

Where permitted, we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and related server-side events to measure ad performance and build audiences. This involves sharing limited event data (e.g., a lead event) with Meta.

You can opt out of ad tracking through your browser settings and Meta's ad preferences.
